VRUP tool is designed and manufactured based on the principle of down hole packer, using hydraulic control, slip system and rubber element to set a and seal a plug in the tubing section close to the wellhead or inside the tubing head spool.
so the pressure above the VRUP tool can be bled off, and the well head valves can be replaced without seeing any wellbore pressure.
