Technology Features
1. Patented air bearing: Friction free, wearing free and maintenance free.
2. Patented Recuperator：The electrical efficiency up to 33%, and the Combined Cooling, Heating & Power (CCHP) efficiencies up to 80% plus.
3. Turbine engine: Aeroplane engine technology based turbine engine with full combustion, stable and excellent performance.
4. Permanent magnet generator: No excitation system and excitation source are required.
5. Compact design: The turbine engine and the generator are integrated in a micro module with the highest volume-power ratio in the electrical generator market.
6. One moving part: The rotor, compressor and the turbine of the engine are integrated on one single shaft, supported by the air bearing, which is maintenance free. 7. Air cooling: Needless of lubricants, coolants and antifreezing solutions, clean and leakage free.
8. High Adaptability：Storage temperature -40~+65℃. Operating temperature -20~+50℃. Capable to various scenarios include prime and standby power, stand alone and grid connect, high humidity, offshore, hazardous areas, windy & sandy environment, CCHP, as well as applications as UPS, black-start, etc. Capable to various fuel, include from low BTU landfill gas to high BTU LPG as well as natural gas. High tolerance for H2S fuel up to 5000~70000ppm;

12. Long Maintenance Intervals: The shutdown maintenance interval of Capstone is up to 8000 hours, capable for unmanned operation. Only 6 routine shutdown maintenances are required in a 5 years overhaul interval. No adjustment is required in maintenance as reciprocator does, and the maintenance parts are liquid free, normally only replacements of the filter element simply and quickly.
